We aim to acquire micro-SaaS startups. I have a background in tech, venture and coding, so my hope is to find great products I can scale with my marketing and sales efforts.

I expect a product demo and validation of customer data. I’ll come prepared with due-diligence questions and notes. I genuinely enjoy speaking with builders.

Practical due diligence · ~90 minutes
I’ll write up an acquisition offer with terms and conditions. We’ll review together and adjust any terms or risks either of us aren’t comfortable with.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have revenue requirements?
I’m open to all stages of startups, but I prefer those with a solid enough customer base that it’s obvious there is a quality product we can scale.
How does closing work?
We’ll be in constant contact during closing. The two main goals: (1) transfer cash and (2) transfer ownership of the product/business. To keep both sides safe, we use Escrow.com with a minimal transaction fee.
